Very clean older truck. Would make a very nice truck to restore. I bought this to haul hay last
winter. I got this from a farmer that used it on a fertilizer trailer the last 3 years. He had no
problems with it. He got it from his neighbor's wife after his neighbor passed away and said it
had sat in a shed for 5-6 years before he got it. It shows 129,200 miles on the odometer. (so it
is 1,000,000 plus miles on it) The man I got it from thought it had been overhauled at 700,000
miles. But this is not an absolute as the man he got it from had died several years ago, so I
could not confirm when overhauled. Reason for selling I came across another truck with a new
motor a week after I bought this one. I only need one semi. Runs good no problems that I am
aware of.
Steering tires are 22.5 about 90% rubber. Rears are 24.5 4 rear axle tires need replaced and 4
on front rear axle are about 75%. Caterpillar 3406A rated at 325 Horsepower. 9 speed.
Rockwell rearends. Wheel base from front hub to rear axle hub was 192", bunk is 36". Has AC
and heater will cook roast you out of cab. Has 2-100 gallon aluminum fuel tanks, Air dryer, Air
ride cab and seats, air slide 5th wheel, Heated mirrors, air lock differentials, ether button works,
block heater.
Plug in heater for a couple hours and it will start on the coldest days
